Mission Statement:
It is our mission is to strive to both alleviate poverty by promoting development in the Western Cape and by offering assistance to refugees and their children. Our ultimate aim is that of fostering integration between local communities and refugees / migrants and thereby breaking down xenophobia. The ultimate aim is fostering the integration of refugees/migrants into local communities.

Objectives:
Ensuring that the basic human rights of refugees and migrants (especially the vulnerable) are met and that all the diverse peoples living in South Africa are able to live together with dignity and understanding of difference.
Educating people on the rights and responsibilities attached to the 1951 Geneva Convention
Increasing rights awareness and skills training to all people to promote leadership for the benefit of communities.
Stimulating economic growth by supporting skills training, entrepreneurial programmes and organising events;
Reducing suffering, increasing vitality and improving quality of life for those living with HIV/AIDS.
